The wood works were acquired from dismantled ancient aristocratic mansions of Kerala over a period of 6 years.
It is part of the Tulip Star Hotels chain, which presently has luxury class hotels in major cities in India. The chain is headed by the Ex-Chairmen of the Taj Group of Hotels Dr. Ajith B. Kerkar and managed by him and other seasoned professionals from the hospitality industry.
