Just one line in the guest book at Hotel Thrisangu Haven by noted actor Mammootty says it all. “True to its name” he had written when he stayed here during a visit to Kuttikanam a few months ago. Indeed, the place is totally embraced by nature. “Here there is nothing between you and nature…” says a colorful and beckoning brochure. In fact, so it was for Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat, who spent 45 days here at a stretch during a film shoot and “fell in love awesomely with the place.” Set at an altitude of 3,850 feet with temperatures that rarely shoot beyond 25 degrees C or dip below 10 degree C during winter, you are always lost in the mist here.
