Kerala - Kalamandalam
Out of all the dance forms, Kathakali is considered as the most beautiful folk dance of Kerala. It was basically originated from the precursor dance drama form, which is called Ramanattam. It owes its share of techniques to Krishnanatham also. These two forms of Kathakali dealt with the narration of the different stories of Hindu gods, namely Krishna and Rama.
